4. Dane osobowe są przetwarzane przez Administratora zgodnie z przepisami prawa, w tym w szczególności z Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 roku w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (zwanym dalej „RODO”) w celu:
a) udzielenia odpowiedzi na zapytanie przesłane na dane kontaktowe podane na stronie internetowej www.rototech.pro (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO)
b) przesłania materiałów i wycen niezbędnych do zawarcia umowy – na podstawie zainteresowania naszą ofertą (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO)
c) wykonania i na podstawie umowy, gdy ją zawarliśmy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO);
d) w celach analitycznych [lepszego doboru produktów i usług do potrzeb naszych klientów, ogólnej optymalizacji naszych usług, optymalizacji procesów obsługi, budowania wiedzy o naszych klientach, analizy finansowej naszej spółki itp.] będącego realizacją naszego prawnie uzasadnionego w tym interesu (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO);
dI) w celach archiwalnych (dowodowych) będących realizacją naszego prawnie uzasadnionego interesu zabezpieczenia informacji na wypadek prawnej potrzeby wykazania faktów (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO);
dII) w celach statystycznych będących realizacją naszego prawnie uzasadnionego interesu zabezpieczenia informacji na wypadek prawnej potrzeby wykazania faktów (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO);
dIII) ewentualnego ustalenia, dochodzenia lub obrony przed roszczeniami będącego realizacją naszego prawnie uzasadnionego w tym interesu (podstawa z art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO);
dIV) badania satysfakcji klientów będącego realizacją naszego prawnie uzasadnionego interesu określania jakości naszej obsługi oraz poziomu zadowolenia naszych klientów z produktów i usług (podstawa z art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO)
dV) przeprowadzenia procesu rekrutacji po zgłoszeniu się użytkownika, na podstawie obowiązku prawnego administratora i wyrażonej zgody (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a i c RODO);
dVI) wypełnienia prawnie ciążących obowiązków na Administratorze danych (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO)
6. Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, ale niezbędne, co oznacza, że w razie ich niepodania Administrator nie będzie mógł procesować żądania zgłoszonego przez Użytkownika (np. nie otrzyma on odpowiedzi na przesłane zapytanie, nie otrzyma newslettera, oferty, nie weźmie udziału w rekrutacji).
7. Użytkownik nie powinien przekazywać Administratorowi danych osobowych osób trzecich. Jeżeli natomiast przekazuje takie dane każdorazowo oświadcza, że posiada stosowną zgodę osób trzecich na przekazanie danych Administratorowi
8. Administrator wykorzystuje adresy IP zbierane w trakcie połączeń internetowych w celach technicznych, związanych z administracją serwerami. Ponadto adresy IP służą do zbierania ogólnych, statystycznych informacji demograficznych (np. o regionie, z którego następuje połączenie).

Użytkownik, którego dane osobowe są przetwarzane przez Administratora ma prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych na podstawie uzasadnionego interesu Administratora, prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania (jeżeli przetwarzanie odbywa się na podstawie zgody), którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.

Skorzystanie z uprawnień określonych w ustępie powyżej może być realizowane poprzez wysłanie na adres e-mail rodo@rototech.pro żądania wraz z podaniem imienia i nazwiska oraz adresu poczty elektronicznej (e-mail) użytkownika, poprzez formularz kontaktowy na stronie www.rototech.pro; a także pod numerem telefonu + 48 22 678 74 55; lub pisemnie na adres naszej siedziby, wskazany w pkt 3.
11. Użytkownik posiada prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego, w przypadku gdy uzna, że przetwarzanie jego danych osobowych narusza przepisy RODO.
12. Dane użytkowników mogą być udostępniane podmiotom uprawnionym do ich otrzymania na mocy obowiązujących przepisów prawa, w tym właściwym organom wymiaru sprawiedliwości. Dane osobowe mogą być przekazywane przetwarzającym je na zlecenie, podmiotom świadczącym usługi w zakresie usług prawnych, księgowych, informatycznych i internetowych, agencjom marketingowym, partnerom handlowym. Dane osobowe nie będą przekazywane do państwa trzeciego/organizacji międzynarodowej.

Administrator zabezpiecza dane osobowe przed ich udostępnieniem osobom nieupoważnionym, jak również przed ich przetwarzaniem z naruszeniem obowiązujących przepisów prawa, dobiera i stosuje odpowiednie środki techniczne i organizacyjne zapewniające ochronę przetwarzania danych osobowych oraz oświadcza, że dostęp do jego baz danych posiadają jedynie osoby upoważnione.
14. Osoby odwiedzające www.rototech.pro mogą przeglądać stronę internetowe bez podawania danych osobowych.
15. Dane osobowe będą przechowywane tylko przez okres niezbędny do zrealizowania określonego celu, w którym zostały przesłane, a po jego upływie przez okres niezbędny do zabezpieczenia lub dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń lub wypełnienia obowiązku prawnego Administratora (np. wynikającego z przepisów podatkowych lub rachunkowych).
16. Dane osobowe nie będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany przez Administratora.

Personal data are processed by the Administrator in accordance with the provisions of law, in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") to:
a) answering the query sent to the contact details provided on the website www.rototech.pro (art.6 par.1 lit.b RODO)
b) sending materials and valuations necessary to conclude a contract - based on your interest in our offer (art.6 par.1 lit.b RODO)
c) performance and on the basis of a contract when we have concluded it (art.6 par.1 lit.b RODO);
d) for analytical purposes [better selection of products and services to meet the needs of our clients, general optimization of our services, optimization of service processes, building knowledge about our clients, financial analysis of our company, etc.] being the implementation of our legally justified in this interest (art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR);
dI) for archival (evidentiary) purposes which are the realization of our legally justified interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO);
dII) for statistical purposes that are the implementation of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
dIII) possible determination, investigation or defense against claims being the implementation of our legally justified interest in this matter (the basis of art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO);
dIV) customer satisfaction survey which is the implementation of our legitimate interest in determining the quality of our service and the level of satisfaction of our customers with products and services (basis from Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR)
dV) conducting the recruitment process after the application of the user, based on the legal obligation of the administrator and consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a and c of the GDPR);
dVI) fulfilling legally binding obligations on the Data Administrator (art.6 par.1 lit.c RODO)
6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary, which means that if they are not provided, the Administrator will not be able to process the request submitted by the User (e.g. he will not receive a reply to the sent question, he will not receive the newsletter, the offer, he will not take part in the recruitment ).
7. The User should not provide the Administrator with personal data of third parties. However, if he provides such data, he declares each time that he has the relevant consent of third parties to provide data to the Administrator
8. The administrator uses the IP addresses collected during internet connections for technical purposes related to server administration. In addition, IP addresses are used to collect general, statistical demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection is made).
9. The User whose personal data is processed by the Administrator has the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object to data processing on the basis of the justified interest of the Administrator, the right to withdraw consent in at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if the processing is based on consent), which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

The exercise of the rights specified in the paragraph above can be accomplished by sending a request to the e-mail address rodo@rototech.pro including the name and e-mail address of the user, via the contact form on the website www.rototech .pro; and also on the phone number + 48 22 678 74 55; or in writing to the address of our office, indicated in point 3.
11. The User has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body if he considers that the processing of his personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
12. Users' data may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, including relevant judicial authorities. Personal data may be transferred on order to processors, entities providing services in the field of legal, accounting, IT and Internet services, marketing agencies, and business partners. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country / international organization.
13. The administrator protects personal data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, as well as against their processing in violation of applicable law, selects and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data processing and declares that only authorized persons have access to its databases.

15. Personal data will be stored only for the period necessary to achieve the specific purpose for which they were sent, and after its expiry for the period necessary to secure or pursue any claims or fulfill the Administrator's legal obligation (e.g. resulting from tax or accounting regulations).
